How much does The Loaded Pony cost?
Our price will depend on your event location, how many adults are attending your event and the duration of our services. Call or fill out our Contact Form for an estimate.
Does The Loaded Pony provide alcohol?
No, per Wisconsin laws we can not, but we can certainly help you determine how much alcohol is needed for your event.
Where can The Loaded Pony be placed?
The Loaded Pony needs truck access to a 15'x15' area, within 50' of an electrical source.
What type of events does The Loaded Pony do?
Our initial plan was to serve rustic and backyard weddings but we have been asked to be a part of corporate events, sports parties, Derby parties, holiday events ... almost any event you can imagine. While we do have some limits we can pretty much fit in at any social event.
Does The Loaded Pony have a guest size limit?
We can accommodate groups of most sizes, from a small tight group of friends celebrating a birthday party or graduation to a 300+ wedding reception.
Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold the date with the non-refundable balance due prior to the event.
How early should we book The Loaded Pony?
As soon as possible as dates tend to book quickly. Due to the amount of inquires we receive and the limited dates (May-October) we require a non-refundable deposit to reserve The Loaded Pony.
Do you provide bartender services with The Loaded Pony?
Yes, our bartender team is available for all sorts of events.
Where are you located and will you travel?
We are located in southeastern Wisconsin and will travel up to 30 miles of Sussex, WI. Additional miles will have a small travel fee per mile to keep her properly fed.
